NOTES:

Top guitar players use fingers 1, 2, and 3 or 1, 2, and 4 for fast passages (this is mentioned in the video) - try this if you're playing a fast lick or run you will find you can play it faster and cleaner. It's the fastest players that discovered this and talk about it... Take advantage of this little known amazing trick...

On resting the fingers on the strings before you do the exercise: You can rest your fingers in string 2 or string 3, perhaps you want to try string 2 one time and string 3 the next. No need to push hard on the strings just rest you fingers on them.

10 times each finger before each practice and after as well if you like - you may want to do just fingers 3 and 4 after...

This could be done up to 20 times each finger but no more. Left hand problems can develop if this is done too much (I'm talking 40-50 times each finger a few times a day 20 time will be fine).

The uke I'm using:

Kala KA-EBY-TE Ebony Tenor Acoustic-Electric Ukulele  - You should get one - Just did a gig this weekend with it...
